The physicians of Paoli Ob/Gyn Associates have between them many decades of experience with providing health care services for the women of Philadelphia's Main Line, Chester County, and surrounding communities. Offering a wide range of obstetric and gynecologic services, our doctors utilize the latest medical technologies available while focusing on the unique needs of each patient in order to optimize care. In addtion, the staff of Paoli Ob/Gyn take pride in fostering collaborative relationships with our patients to assist them with making the most informed decisions about their health. Our affiliations with the Main Line Health System and Women's Health Care Group of PA also give our providers additional resources to better serve our patients. Dr. Joseph Russino was born and raised in South Philadelphia. He attended Penn State University as well as Temple University and received a degree in Biochemistry. He graduated Temple Medical School in 1981 and completed his residency at Lankenau Hospital in 1985. Dr. Russino is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and his areas of interest include vaginal surgery as well as any complicated OB-GYN case. Beginning in 2012, Dr. Russino is focusing less on Obstetrics and more on Gynecology, especially with regard to minimally invasive office surgical procedures.

Dr. Russino has lived on the Main Line since he competed he residency but is still a city boy at heart. Growing up in the shadow of the great Philadelphia stadiums, he is an avid sports fan and loves to dine in the city restaurants too. He is a proud father of two grown children and his idea of relaxation consists of a good Cuban cigar and an old scotch whiskey. He also loves to travel to Tuscany. Close

Dr. Mark Chasteney is a lifelong resident of the Main Line and comes from a family of doctors. He graduted from the Haverford School in 1975. He then attended Princeton University, graduating in 1979, and Jefferson Medical College, from which he graduated in 1983. Upon completion of his residency in Ob-Gyn at The Lankenau Hospital in 1987, he went into practice with his father until 1998, at which time his father retired. At that time, Dr. Chasteney and Dr. Russino merged their practices into what would become Paoli Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates, as you know it today. Dr. Chasteney was Board Certified in Ob-Gyn in 1989 and has special interests in laparoscopic surgery, robotic surgery, as well as plastic surgery. He has also been recognized as a Main Line Today Magazine "Top Doc".

Outside of work, Dr. Chasteney enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, swimming, the beach and his beloved California garden. Close

Dr Anthopoulos ("Dr A" to many patients) was born and raised in the Philadelphia area. A 1980 graduate of Harriton High School in Rosemont, PA, he attended Haverford College where he majored in biology. Dr Anthopoulos obtained his medical degree in 1988 from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, PA and went on to complete his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1992 at the Lankenau Hospital in Wynnewood, PA. He has been in private practice within the Main Line Health System since 1992 and is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. In addition to providing a comprehensive range of obstetric and gynecologic services for his patients, including the care of both low and high risk pregnancies, Dr Anthopoulos also has particular interests in performing minimally invasive surgery, office surgery, and in treating fertility disorders. He is fluent in both Greek and French.

Outside of medicine, Dr A is a soccer fan and is a season ticket holder with the Philadelphia Union. He is married with two children and lives in Phoenixville, PA. Close

Dr. Jennifer Gilbert was born and raised in South Jersey and moved to The Main Line with her husband in 2006. Dr. Gilbert graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Biology in 1996 and attended University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ, from which she graduated in 2001. She continued on to complete her residency with UMDNJ in 2006 during which she rotated through The Kennedy Health System, Our Lady of Lourdes and Cooper University Hospital. Dr. Gilbert joined the Paoli family in 2008 after working at an area hospital for 3 years. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and enjoys the entire range of what the practice has to offer.

Not long after joining the practice, Dr. Gilbert learned that she was expecting twins. She welcomed her two children with love on July 15, 2009. Dr. Gilbert explains "Being pregnant and delivering twins has given me a new perspective on being an ob-gyn physician. I feel so blessed to have had one of my colleagues deliver our twins. Having my babies at Paoli showed me first-hand what an amazing group of people I work with. Being a new mom, I now truly understand what a special experience having a baby is. Dr. Jennifer Stuck was born and raised in central Pennsylvania. She graduated with a degree in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh in 1995. She went on to medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 1999. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2004 at Ohio Health Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH with her sub-specialty rotations at the Ohio State University. Upon completion of her residency in 2004, Dr. Stuck practiced OB-GYN in State College, PA. As an avid Penn State fan, State College was a fun town in which to live during the fall, but she soon realized her desire to be back in suburban Philadelphia. She joined the practice in September 2009. Dr. Stuck has been board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2005. She enjoys taking care of women throughout their lifespan from early adolescence to the postmenopausal years.

Dr. Stuck married her husband Dan in 2004 and they have two children. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, gardening and spending time with her family. Close

Dr Hahn was raised in Phoenixville, PA and graduated from Phoenixville High School in 1991. She served in the US Air Force for six years after high school with assignments to Japan and Germany before earning a degree in Anthropology from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2003. Dr Hahn then attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, graduating in 2008. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Texas A&M, Scott and White Memorial Hospital in June, 2012, joining Paoli Ob/Gyn Associates shortly thereafter.

Dr Hahn is married and has three children. In her spare time she enjoys knitting, crochet, hiking, and reading. Close
